Bounce Quickie (20 mins)
No warmup, no cool down, just bouncing so you can get in, get out and get on with your day….ya know, like a good quickie should be ;) Generally intermediate/advanced routines. PERFECT to pair up with your other workouts when you need a bit of a cardio kick up! *Please be sure to warm up/cool down on your own!!!
